'Mountains' Mid Century Sideboard

'Mountains' Mid Century Sideboard

Beautiful fully restored mid-century sideboard by 'Greaves & Thomas' with unique Scout & Boo ‘Mountain & Sunrise’ vinyl wrapped design. This piece would look fantastic in any room but could also offer an alternative storage solution for a child's room.

Lovely full width drawer handles and legs have been sanded and finished with satin lacquer to add a beautiful and unusual detail to this piece.

Three drawers, bottom two lined with black vinyl, the top drawer lined with grey felt with removable ‘partition’ for organised storage.

Cupboards with shelf either side of the drawers - the right hand cupboard is slightly wider with curved detail shelf (giving space for taller items like bottles) and has a drop-down door backed with black gloss vinyl.

A truly eye-catching piece of furniture which will make a lovely feature in any room.

Dimensions – W: 152.2cm, H: 77cm, D: 45cm

  • Looking after your furniture

The vinyl surfaces should be treated like a painted or varnished surface and cleaned with a soft cloth. Stubborn marks can be removed using a damp cloth or furniture polish (or even white spirits if it is really stubborn) and wiped dry. As with paint and varnish, the laminate can scratch so avoid heavy or sharp objects.

  • Delivery

This a large, heavy item of furniture. The courier company only deliver to ground floor locations so please consider this before purchasing. Also think about access to it's desired location in your property and consider stairs and tight spaces which could cause problems.

Please read the 'Deliveries' section found in the website footer before committing to buy.

  • Restoration

This is a restored mid-century piece and whilst we do our best to give it a 'like new' feel and appearance, 50+ years of use can result in small areas that are beyond restoration but replacing would be to the pieces detriment. We do our best to point out these details, should they occur, but sometimes what one person thinks isn't an issue, can be for another.
